My Favorite Organization Items and Why I Love Them

The Expandable Pantry Shelf

This shelf is amazing and can be used just about anywhere. Perfect for pantry’s, kitchen cabinets, linen closets, under vanity’s and much more. Think you need a carpenter or handyman to build you extra shelves…think again!

The Lazy Susan Turn Table

This item is also tied for first place on my favorite items list. These Lazy Susan’s can also be used in just about any room for almost anything. They come in a variety of sizes and styles. Amazon always has the largest selection even though you can find them at Bed Bath and Beyond and Home Goods. They can be used in spice cabinets, regular cabinets, pantries, even on countertops, bathrooms, linen closets, under sinks in laundry rooms, kitchens and the list could go on and on. They are a great space saver and help items from getting lost in the back of your cabinet or closet or under your sink. I use mine just about in every room for hair supplies under my vanity, spices in my kitchen, cleaning supplies in my laundry room and much more. Be sure to measure your space, width, depth, and height and take into consideration any pipes when using them under your sinks. This item is a must-have to keep you organized. Search the internet to find one that fits your needs.

Drawer Organizers and Baskets

All my clients know how much I love drawer organizers and baskets. These help to keep “A place for everything, and everything in its place”. You can find drawer organizers just about anywhere. The Container Store has a wonderful selection of just about any size, color, and style you could hope for. You can also get some great items at Home Goods, Goodwill and even the Dollar Store. Which is now the $1.25 store. Drawer organizers can be used in bathrooms, kitchens, laundry rooms, offices and much more. Organize that junk drawer once and for all.

Clear Storage Bins and Dollar Tree Clear Shoe Boxes

Clear storage bins are a must-have! These keep your items dust-free, safe from water damage and many other things. They can be used as keepsake boxes for each family member. You can also store seasonal clothes, holiday décor, photos, pet supplies and much more. The Dollar Tree shoe boxes are great for craft supplies, markers, crayons, pencils and just about anything. They are stackable and can keep your items contained and dust-free. Instead of investing in a label maker or stickers, I like to print the list of my items on a “Word” Document. You can choose your own font size and style, print them out, cut them and tape them on your bin with clear packing tape. If down the line you would like to use your bin for something else, just peel off the tape and re-name your bin.

Over the Door Shoe Rack

Think outside the box! This shoe rack can be used for a variety of items, use your imagination…cleaning supplies, pet supplies, hats, gloves, mittens and much more.
