Who knew February is dedicated entirely to boosting our self-esteem? Move over valentine’s and galentine’s day- February is all about self-acceptance and learning to love ourselves.
Shove off hallmark holiday
Long gone is the girl that hopelessly wishes that she could one day have a valentine on the biggest marketing ploy of garbage store-bought flowers and a box of candy. Today we are celebrating ourselves, embracing every little bit of divine essence that pulses through our veins.
We are learning to love ourselves, welcoming in a new kind of womanhood that feels whole, full of wisdom and not seeking validation from anyone but ourselves.
Healing self-care rituals
Nurturing ourselves through self-care rituals of meditation, yoga, journaling. Caring for our bodies that we once beat up in our 20’s. Feeding our bodies, healing whole foods, healthy rituals of sleep and gratitude. The gray hairs we once feared have become the badge of honor we proudly display for the world to see. Studying each strand in the mirror and tracing it back to the chaotic new mom days, the time you lost your position when you experienced loss and grief.
Rejoice in celebratory dance
This month we collectively embrace sisterhood and help other women that may not have their light shining so bright. We guide them along on the journey of recognizing their beauty, strength, and wisdom. We raise our hearts and hands together in a celebratory dance of unity, for every woman to fearlessly let her light shine bright for the world to see. The veil comes down- the divine woman is here, we welcome her in with love and gratitude.
