20 Teacher Gifts for Under $25.00

Here’s our quick gift guide this Christmas

When the holidays arrive, we want to remember those who treated us extra special and who helped us along the way in the journey of our life. Who is more special than the teachers who teach our children with such care and patience. Here is a list of some items that would hopefully make that special teacher feel even more special.

Gift cards are always an excellent choice, the one size fits all gift that everyone can use. Here is a list of some good ones.

  • Target
  • Kohls
  • Amazon
  • Starbucks – “Thanks a Latte for all that you do”
  • Dunkin Donuts
  • Gas Card

Maybe gift cards are not personal enough for you; include your child in ideas for their teacher. What do they think the teacher might like to remember them by?

  • A small plant with a handmade gift tag that reads “Thank you for helping me bloom”
  • A soft, snuggly blanket or throw
  • Cute holiday kitchen towels
  • A handmade special gift from your child to their teacher
  • Candy / Gourmet Chocolates
  • A  Beautiful Candle
  • Check out Zazzle for personalized “teacher” themed gifts, notebooks, calendars, datebooks and much more!
  • A personalized book bag or tote
  • Bed Bath and Beyond hand soaps, lotions and sanitizers
  • A bottle of nail polish with a gift certificate for a manicure
  • Wine
  • A really fun gift…..Lottery Tickets!

I asked a friend who is a teacher…What was the most special gift that you have ever received from a student?

The most special gift she ever received was a handwritten note from her student thanking her for being a great teacher, along with the student’s picture in a frame. Isn’t that special!

Happy Holidays and all the best in the coming year!
